We are currently seeking a dedicated Pastry Production Cook to join our team and contribute to our renowned dessert offerings.

**Position Overview:**


As part of the Pastry department, you will be responsible for batch-producing our specialized dessert menu according to established recipes and preparation needs. This role requires pastry experience, preferably in fine casual settings, and the ability to work effectively with other chefs while following their recipes meticulously. Your passion for pastry arts and commitment to excellence will play a key role in maintaining the high quality of our desserts and contributing to new items.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Mass-produce a variety of specialized desserts according to established recipes
  • Maintain consistency and quality in all dessert preparations
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth production
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Manage inventory and ensure ingredients are stocked appropriately
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines
**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in pastry production, preferably in a fine casual dining setting
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert preparation
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
